If I know what industries I'd like to target, whats a good way to find the correct people to outreach to?

Prospect wants three different services and would like to set up a meeting. When I asked about the budget, they said they don't have one yet.

I'm in Pro Group for 2 years already and I feel I'm actually collaborating only with one person... 

What are your tips for changing your mindset from freelance to business owner and making decisions for business growth from an established business perspective?

If you have two very different audiences that you actively engage with, but for varying purposes - one is your client target audience, the other is a passion project where you're active in that space as yourself, not as a business - how do you frame your social media strategy on LinkedIn so you can talk about issues that are important to you, while also being consistent with your brand audience? For example, I primarily use LinkedIn to speak about junior UX designers and give them tips, but I also want to use that space to speak to my target audience for my business about a design strategy that I use. I'd prefer to use my personal account instead of the company LinkedIn so it feels more approachable and less corporate.

 Do you just pick one, or can you have offerings for both since they are similar? For example, very early-stage pre-seed founders and founders that have been in business for at least 4 years. Both are founders, but the personas are very different. Is it okay to have offerings for both or to choose one?

What are some tips to avoid taking too many low-paying, discounted, and pro bono clients when you feel bad that they can't afford your services? I always want to help out, and feel myself lowering my rates to accommodate

When there are a million things to do, where do you even begin. 

when the branding, voice, target audience, offerings, sales and marketing strategy need to be revamped - where do you even start?
